Hey guys I have a dual cpu computer. My specs are : dual xeon e5630 2.80 ghz (quad core, 8 in total)
AMD gigabyte rx580 8gb
12 gb ram ddr3
And I was wondering if upgrading to a w5590 slbge 3.33 Ghz will increase my Fps in games like pubg, apex legends but mainly fortnite( currently have 144 but heavy fps drops to 40fps). Or if I may need a new Gpu or whole new set up. Any comments will be helpful thanks

Solution
Your GPU is still relevant today.
Have a look at the benchmarks here at Tom's Hardware. It's still a solid card, for medium-high gaming at 1080p resolution.

For around 200 bucks, you can get Core i5 9400 or Ryzen 3600. Both are great choices, though Ryzen has an upper hand over Intel right now.

I think for best help, post a new thread into Systems category, state your budget and ask for help creating a build, while using your GPU. Whatever you save on the GPU, you can invest in better components - and upgrade the GPU maybe a year or two later.
Xeons are not exactly gaming processors, and you have a 9 year old model. Pretty sure that installing a stronger model from the same generation wouldn't be worth the cost. You'd most likely only see single-digit gains in FPS.

You don't mention specifics - what games are you experiencing low FPS, what are your graphics settings (high? ultra?) and resolution (FHD? 1440p? 4K?). Some games, like Battlefield, are known to be quite CPU heavy.

I know it's not made for heavy gaming which is not what I Just the strongest low end budget pc build and I usually play games a low settings to get the hight fps possible on 1920 x 1080 (fortnite)I just wanted to know If the fps on games will increase and any build you recommend for gaming? Is my gpu still recent?
