Hey guys, Yesterday I turned off Firewall and Anti-Virus (ESET), then Searched the Web and I played SAMP, CPU Temps never exceeded 60c.
Today I Started my Computer and I played Mafia 2, While MSI Afterburner alarmed me that CPU Temp even ecceeded 85c! but yesterday CPU Temps never exceeded 60c! Even GPU Temp were below 60c.
Also my CPU now idles at 50-65c while yesterday it used to idle at 40-45c!

WHAT I HAVE TRIED TO SOLVE IT
Increasing CPU Fan Speed (Didn't work)
Reseting BIOS Settings (Didn't work)
Play at 640x480 Resolution (Didn't work)
Removing Dust from Both CPU and its Fan (Didn't work)
Scanning for Viruses with Updated ESET Anti-Virus (No Threats)
None of them affected in decreasing CPU Temp.

SPECS
CPU - Intel Pentium G2020
Cooler - Stock Intel Cooler
Core speed - 2.9GHz at Load, 2.0GHz when Idle
Load test software MSI Afterburner
Temperature software MSI Afterburner
Load & idle Core temperatures - Full Load Around 85-90c | Idle around 50-65
Memory - 4GB DDR3
Motherboard - Gigabyte H61M-S2PV (REV 2.2)
Graphics Card - Geforce GT710 1GB DDR3
Ambient temperature - Around 35c
(I monitor temps with MSI Afterburner.)

What's wrong? Maybe issue is Software Related? What can I do?

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.

Solution
Sorry to hear this dude.

If I was in your shoes I would Reset the Windows if it isn't to much trouble to reinstall all the software back together. Resetting reinstalls Windows 10, but lets you choose whether to keep or not your files.

I would prefer that than to try to figure out what is the problem through Event Viewer & the Administrative tools.
If you work under Windows 10/8... Use the System Restore to undo system changes that may be causing problem. Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made.
