[SOLVED] CPU idle temp of 120F

Hi, Ive noticed since I made my build that my idle CPU temp seems to always sit at 110-120F. I would expect such temperatures while using a program but this is as soon as I start up my PC. Ive even tried switching from my stock ryzen cooler to a z63 Kraken waterpump and alas , it stays at the current temperature with no change. Specs are listed below , any advice would be appreciated ! thanks


CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070
Mobo: ASRock B450 Pro4
Ram: x2 Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16

What program are you using to watch your temps?

That's also like 47C so no big deal.
You need to stress the CPU and that is really the only temp that matters.

i looked at it in BIOS and NZXTs program, which both gave me 120
