[SOLVED] CPU idles at 73 C do i got over heating problem ?

So yesterday while watching a 1080P video my PC shutdown completely when i touched the Cabinet it was quiet hot.. [ its was running 9 hours continuously]
So i cleaned the CPU fans and other components completely.
i used CPUID HWMonitor to check my PC temperature readings

While idle CPU sits around 73C

heres the PC Specs

Motherboard: M5 A99FX PRO R2.0
AMD FX 8350
Corsair 750 w PSU
Corsair 8 GB DDR3
Seagate 1TB Sata Drive
Cooler master Hyper 212X CPU
cooler master k380 cabinet
Dell 21.5 inch monitor S2240L
Asus strix r9285 GPU
APC ups 1KV

System is 3+ years old never removed CPU cooler just a year back changed the CPU fan

CPU fan [air out ] Hyper 212X CPU
Back side Fan [ air out ]
Bottom Fan [air in ]
Front Fan [ air in ]

so what should i do now do i need to reinstall the CPU cooler with new thermal paste ?
 
Solution
I would check to see what background process you have going. To be running at that temp and those clock speeds, something is running/working.

edit- it appears that even your GPU is at high utilization.

All you had open were browser pages? No game running the background?

Something is off, I would guess there is a mining program or some malware causing this.

Your pics aren't showing, but I can say with some certainty that you should not be seeing 60%+ CPU utilization and 70%+ GPU utilization with a browser window open.

Sorry i re uploaded the pic give it a check now

Actually its wired now i got chrome running with 4 tabs open
and utorrent running + avast antivirus behind

i just uninstalled the utorrent i got nearly 50+ files seeding
i also think that utorrent is the one silently causing this heavy CPU usage which in turn heats up my PC
is it possible ?

now my CPU is sitting at 43C GPU at 53C with chrome running many tabs open
So experts got any idea abt this issue ?
 
I'd be changing the thermal paste as well, to rule it out, but what I find interesting is you say you've changed the fan on the cpu cooler and that you have it oriented as 'air out. Do you mean that it is sucking air away from the heatsink? If so, that is wrong and inefficient. It should be blowing air INTO the cooling fins. That would make quite an effect on cooling performance.

repaste cpu cooler you also tel you did have to change the fan on it did you use similar one the other thing the case fans speed does not appear on your pictures try hwinfo to see how there detect and if they are pwm or 3 pins dc fans they have to be set in bios for proper detection .

so am i using it wrong ? should the fan should be blowing air to heat sink ?
Does it make huge difference ?

The stock model fan was 3 pin so that bois can control the speed
the newly installed one one is two pin so speed cannot be controlled always spins at full speed

im bit worried to reinstall the cooler again coz cabinet is quiet contested first time installing the cooler itself was bit painful so i wanna make sure really it needs to remount again or not

Yes, it makes a big difference.
To get an idea, imagine standing in front of a portable house fan vs standing directly behind one, and how much airflow you'd feel. Although that example is not perfect, it gives you a clue to the efficiency difference between air pressure and vacuum (push vs pull).
With your current case fan set up, the cpu heatsink should be mounted vertically with the heatsink fan on the front side blowing into the heatsink. The fan on that heatsink is usually easy to flip. Try it.
If there's no significant difference, redo your thermal paste and confirm the heatsink is securely mounted.
