cpu is on but monitor "no signal'

i have buit a new cpu with the below requirements

160gb hard disk
2gb ram (1 single, 3 more slots free)
3.2giga hertz processor
650wat power supply
256 ati raedon graphic card PCI


i turn on the computer put the monitor doesnt turns on, some times turn on. wen i press the power button in cpu its turns off the copmuter suddenly,, ( not like wen it is booted up)

guys wots going on? help me..

Is there a power connector missing off your graphics card?
Is the DVI/VGA cable securely mounted at both ends?
is the graphics card seated properly?

are there any beeps?

im using a gygabyte ultra durable 3 motherboad (GA-EP45-UD3R/UD3) and it doesnt beep wen starting up. sometimes it starts but sometimes not.. by now it isnt starting any how. im using a dd2 2GB 800mghz ram gaming series (A data)... my graphic card is a old card frm my old computer.. wen i insert it it is like hafly inserted.. not like fully fixed like in my old mother board

I'm using a gigabyte motherboard as well. Most of the motherboard have led codes on the motherboard installed., Try to check whether there are any installed. Also the graphic card not installed properly is not the best solution, so maybe try to take it out and install it properly, and if you have any other slots that you can install the card in maybe try that as well.

my power supply have only four pins (one box) to seat in the mother bords power connector.. check the image below.

i have installed power cable so that it fills like image below

a friend of me told that it is not a problem if i connect one .. the power supply also comes with a one cable


i have even installed a new ram.. reseted the bios also but no luck.. guys pls help... help me and get a rapidshare premium account too . the guy who will get me a solution will get 3 month rapidshare premium account.. pm me
