Question Cpu light comes on turns off, then solid VGA and no display out, troubleshooting?

Putting together my first rig, specs below this then description of my troubleshooting attempts below that

Ryzen 1200 (non-af) [used]
EVGA GTX 1070, single fan blower style [used] possible dead gpu
MSI b450 tomahawk (non-max) [used] described as having a ram slot issue but tried with 1 stick in, possible dead mobo
Silicon Power 16gb 3200mhz CL16 kit [new]
Thermal take Tough Power 750w [new]
Teamgroup MP33 512gb ssd [New]

Currently I've tried reseating gpu, CPU, ram, ssd, and all connectors involved, tried the other x16 slot

Dont have another gpu to test with and really dont want to buy another one unless i absolutely have to, i have a Gigabyte a320 board i can test with because i saw a YouTube short of a guy having the same lights said his mobo was dead, ill update with a reply once i do

Solved it, just a dead motherboard, so ill probably just wait to replace it with a new motherboard cause ive got a coworker getting me a new ryzen 5500
