Question CPU might be running too hot ?

I recently noticed my Ryzen 5 5600G was running at 55C after any light/medium gaming.
Iis this too hot or no ? Only thing I have running is a tab with cookie clicker and a live wallpaper abt 17-20% is this a bit hot and is it probably just a thing like thermal paste or turn up my fans. thx in advance

CPU is good up to 95c so at 45-55c it''s barely warm.
"hp says not to upgrade to a cpu past a tdp of 65" but 5700G is also 65W. although al it would bring is 2 more cores and 4 threads.

yeah im not upgrading cpu anytime soon my warranty's almost out and the first things im upgrading is case, mobo, and storage then cpu or cooler
