[SOLVED] CPU overclocking i5-2500k

Hello, im new to overclocking and wanted to ask about overclocking my i5-2500k cpu. Whats the safe range for it to not overheat and not to decrease its lifespan dramatically.
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ RX 570
Monitor: Philips 221s 75hz OC
PSU: 450w
CPU: i5-2500k
Ram: 8gb

Depends on your CPU cooler! With a decent cooler you should be able to get to 4.5GHz. I found this video which may help
