hello guys! i am running an old PC with Windows 7 for retro-gaming. I used MSI Afterburner for overclocking a while ago and my core temperatures showed red in bios bar settings, and warning messages in AI Suite .
I managed to reset the BIOS to defaults and now I have all blue bars while entering the
Asus Sabertooth 990FX BIOS.

My problem is that when I load a game or open up youtube there is a pop up warning message that tells me that the CPU voltage is under the limit of 3.0 volts. Can anyone help me to reset the MSI Afterburner overclock settings, and what are the best settings for my motherboard to run cool and quieten my PC.

Thank you

System Specs

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990FX
CPU: AMD FX 8120 8-core 3.10ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 290
RAM: 16GB DDR3
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

Do verify that I found the applicable User Manual.

The User Manual should provide the correct procedure to reset the build to default values.

However, your post also begs the question about the PSU in use: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, used, refurbished, used)?

If the PSU's provided voltage is out of tolerance then the PSU is suspect.
