Hi there!

I did a AIDA64 system stability test today and i got a warning about my cpu overheating, CPU Throttling ( max:24% )-Overheating Detected!

Any advice ? I'm kinda worried right now to be honest.

I link the Cpu usage and the Statistics below.

I know what my components are, like i said i just copy pasted it from someone else post for the form of what i need to put and i just forgot to erase this part.

It is not a pre-built, I built it myself.

When is the last time you put a thermal paste on that CPU I mean seriously it could just be because of a thermal paste why don't you check because my CPU was overheating a while ago and I put thermal paste on my CPU and it runs awesome since then!

I see, so if i need to change the cooler which one would be appropriate ?
I guess i could also change the thermal paste if i change the cooler.

There are some choices.

One, a high quality dual tower cooler like Deepcool Assassin III, be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4(They are so strict with the naming, having to name their brand with all lowercase and an exclamation mark at the end, but I digress), and Noctua NH-D15.
Two, a 240mm or 280mm AIO water cooler. Lots of choices here, so I won't list the coolers specifically.

Well Dark Rock Pro 4 is not a bad choice
