Question CPU Running At 100 Degrees!!! Please Help!

Hello Everyone! My CPU is running TOO DAMN HOT!

Intel Xeon E3 1245 V3
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Turbo LED
Micron 1x8GB 1600MHz RAM
Asus B85M-E
Seagate 500GB 7200RPM SATA
Sapphire Radeon RX 570 4GB ITX Pulse
No Case (Open Air Desktop Build)

NOTE:-
i) CPU Cooler's Fans are set to spin at 100% all the time.
ii) I am NOT using any Thermal Paste.

Maybe you should consider using thermal paste and you’re destroying your CPU

There is a reason thermal paste is commonly used. It is to fill the gaps between the heat sync and the CPU.
You NEED thermal paste otherwise your CPU will constantly overheat and destroy itself like you are demonstrating right now.

Thermal paste should have come with the Hyper 212. Otherwise, pick some up for like 6 bucks. Dont use the CPU without paste since 100c can damage the cpu.

It will drop dramatically.

The thermal paste comes with coolers for a reason. Trust me, If companies like Intel and AMD could cheap out and not ship thermal paste with their stock coolers, they already would have. 60c with paste is normal. without paste, throttling is very common.

Both should work within a few degrees. The Arctic silver may be easier to remove later on, however since the Arctic Silver is so much more expensive, I would buy the Cooler Master paste.

It's relatively hot CPU but shouldn't hit over 80c with that cooler under prolonged full load, Up to 60c at normal usage, about 10 -15c higher than ambient temps at true idle.

Bulk thermal paste like the stuff in the jar generally isnt the best for cooling a cpu.
Its hard to know a degree difference between the 3 pastes, but i still think the cooler master should do the job.
