Hello guys, First of all, I'm sorry for my bad English.
So, before I had my NZXT Kraken x52 thermal paste, and the temp in idle was around 30-31°
and before two days exactly I cleaned it the NZXT Kraken x52 cooler and CPU and I applied the new thermal paste
"Thermal Grizzly"
and the temp now on idle is 35 to 39°, It supposed to be under 30° at least, Can anyone tell me what's wrong? I will upload a picture shows how I applied the new thermal.

Any help please :(
3 things.
Paste
Pressure
temps.

its a bit hard to apply right amount of paste, but you are above what I would consider reasonable, you should be fine with 50-60% of what you did.

2. mount pressure.
Cooler should be mounted with ~60 PSI so it's quite strong and yet you can easily over squeeze and 1push paste out 2. have wired bugs in OS
I cannot find the original image, but the pattern matches so follow the numbers like this:

first secure all 4 screws by hand a bit, so they catch the hole, then run 3-5x 1 turn in each 1/2/3/4.
order is important. you can start from any, but then follow the pattern.

4. temps
did you measure the delta or just temp?
Because if windows did update or index anything in the background it will not tell you its loading the cpu.
so difference that you've seen might be a single something in background that windows does.
second reason could be room temperature. IF you had 20'C in room and now you have 26'C then it the reason alone.
third idle temp around mid 30 is already impressive, but you should compare the temps under load.
idle is affected by a lot of bloatware that is done in background so its not reliable number.
also pre-heated water in AIO can cause same thing. so idle after gaming can be very different than idle after clean boot.

Thank you so much my friend I will consider all things you said and re apply the thermal paste again and I will tell the new results. Thanks

The paste is only trying to fill small areas that are not lapped 100% flat. If you apply too much the paste cannot efficiently transfer the heat between the two metal surfaces. It really doesn't take too much to be effective.

Glad you sorted it out.
