While playing games my CPU constantly maxes out to 100%, I ran a benchmarktest and it said my CPU and GPU are underpreforming. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/16889057 I also checked my CPU temprature which sits between 60 and 65 C. Would it be possible that my CPU is overheating and because of that clocking down? Or is there something else going on.
