CPU Upgrade Question

I have bought quite a few pieces to my new system below are the pieces

The three things I haven't bought so far are the motherboard, CPU, and video card.

I would like to get a new Ivy Bridge CPU, but am at a cross for which model.

This computer will be mostly used for running virtual machines and gaming. Let's see some opinions ^.^

Sabertooth Z77 is a good board but I'm not sold on that Armor concept.
