so recently, everytime few minutes after booting my pc like arround 15 minutes or so if i'm opening a heavy app (like a game) my CPU usage will stuck at 100% even after i closed all app that running in the background.
Also after booting i got the "computer management snappin launcher" notification to make a change. doesn't matter i clicked "yes" or "no" nothing seems to change or happening
before the CPU usage stuck the game will run just fine but after the CPU usage stucks at 100% the game will significantly get a FPS drop.
it's so annoying. im aware that my PC is potato but all this sort of things just happens recently.
did someone having the same issue? is there anyway to fix this problem?
