CPU usage 100 when playing FIFA 12

Hello,

When i play FIFA 12 the game stutters. FPS becomes too low. I checked the CPU usage its 100%. CPU temp is normal around 50-60 degrees. This happens only when i play FIFA 12. Call Of duty - MW3 and Battlefield 3 works fine.
I've a Intel core 2 duo e4500 2.2 Ghz,
Zotak Geforce GTX 550 Ti 1GB,
2 GB RAM,
Corsair GS600 power supply,
windows 7 32 bit.
How do i fix this problem ? Do i have to overclock my CPU ????

What settings are you playing the game at? Try lowering the settings to reduce memory usage on the GPU card cause if it needs more it uses system memory and your FPS will be horrible. Where are you getting this 100% from?

CPU is dated, 2gb of RAM is too low and the 550 is not a powerful card. TUrn your settings to low. Or upgrade.
