Hi all, I have a Dell E6420 with the Nvidia NVS4200M inside, It is running Windows 7,
Over the past few days, my CPU has been fluctuating between 50-100% percent for no apparent reason with any program no matter the intensity, I have cleared up half of my hard drive, defragmented the hard drive, run anti-malware scans, and have updated everything, this had no effect on the issue, although occasionally after about 19:00 the laptop was working fine, today this is not the case, I have had this problem for a while and need it solved ASAP.
