[SOLVED] CPU uses a lot of energy even when low efforts. (Causes Overheat)

My PC when it is ABSOLUTELY idle is at 45 C°, Normally it is at 60 C° and playing (EVEN the lightest games like Half Life 2 for example). The temperature shoots up to 95-100 C°, what's more, SW Squadrons literally crashes my computer after playing it for an hour.
All my fans are clean and working (At least I think so, I don't know how to check my cpu fan speeds, but it does work. It's almost new)
The thermal paste is slightly old but I don't think it's the problem either because a month ago this didn't happen, the only change was a new SSD.
Components:
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700G
CPU Fan: Stealth Wraith 92mm (came with the cpu)
Front Fan: 90mm
Motherboard: AsRock B450M Pro4-F R2.0
iGPU: Radeon Vega 8 bruh
PSU: Stock 600W
Case: Just a stock office case.
PS: For a moment I thought it was the room temperature, because in my country it is Summer (30-35 C°), but playing the same game (HL2) with MORE graphics on a tiny laptop and with an eighth of the resources on a hotter place doesn't even get over 80 degrees.

Remove cooler, clean CPU and cooler with towel and isopropyl alcohol. Apply pea size amount of new thermal compound.
The thermal paste that was still on the CPU wasn't dry at all, anyway I replaced it with a new one, checked the velocity of my fans, both of them running at 2500 RPM with correct orientation.
The problem persists.
I believe that the only solution would be to change the PSU since I realized that neither the CPU nor the GPU work much or for a long time, but with the least effort it turns out that I have a VERY HIGH energy consumption. (Not always, only when my cpu is working, no matter how little).
I saw that it may have been a Driver problem, but all my drivers are up to date, both for hardware, such as the Bios, and the AMD Chipset.
My question is: Can this problem be caused by a faulty or old PSU?

A PSU will not cause a CPU to overheat.

How many case fans? How are they oriented in the case?

That cooler should have a speed switch on the side. Make sure it's set on high.

I sent the computer to be fixed, it turns out that when they installed the cooler they gave me some bad adjusters and the cooler did not fit correctly.
Now with the correct adjusters, with lubrication and a more expensive thermal paste (MX-5) the computer works correctly. It also turns out that the thermal compound I had wasn't enough because the R7 5700G raises a lot of temperature by itself.
Anyway, thank you for your time and your help.
Have a beautiful day.
