Hello, heres my specs,
CPU: i7 2600k
GPU: GTX 1060 6gb VRAM
RAM: 28gb 1333Mhz
MOBO: Asus Maximus V
BIOS: AMI BIOS version 2.10.1208
So the issue I'm having is that I can't change my CPU Voltage into Manual mode. I have set my overclocking tuner to manual and yet that option is still greyed out and I cannot toggle it. The reason I want to change it is because the "optimized defaults" have the CPU voltage at ~1.380V when its running at 3.8Ghz. Thats quite a bit for a CPU that has a base clock speed of 3.4Ghz and with 4 cores hence I would like to lower it. I use this PC mainly for 3d modelling so if I were to render on the CPU for a short amount of time or even do anything that puts the CPU load at 100%, it would overheat, shut down, and boot loops. This has happened 3 times now.
Below I've linked a few screenshots and photos from my BIOS. Excuse the strange camera angles, my PC was infront of my monitor when those pictures were taken.
