Question CPU-Z See my 20GB of ram but windows and bios doesn't

I also tried to replace bios baterry change the MHZ change the slots of ram but nothing worked...

You might want to also share a screenshot of what you're seeing on the Mainboard's tab as well as stating the make and model of the CPU. Please pass a link to the ram kit off of which you sourced them from.
