[SOLVED] Crackling noise in headset and pc freezes for a few seconds

Hey guys

So I'm having this issue ( title ) and I really have no clue what's causing it.
Let me start with my Pc specs first:
MB: ASUS TUF Z690F D4 PLUS WIFI
CPU: Intel Core i7 12700K
GPU: Msi 2080TI Gaming X Trio
RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB DDR4 3200MHZ (2x16GB)
PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 1000W
SSD: WD_BLACK 1TB SN850 NVMe SSD
Headset: Corsair HS80
Mouse: Coirsair Scimitar Elite
Keyboard: K60 Pro

First I thought it was a headset issue, but I replaced it and this didn't fix it.

The issue happened twice today at 10:02 AM and 10:07 AM, I checked my Event Logger straight away but there's nothing at those timestamps.

Did SSD test but every test said ssd was fine. Did the Windows RAM Test, this one was fine aswell.
Updated all my drivers to the latest ones
Reinstalled windows like 5 times already, issue keeps coming back.
Reinstalled GPU drivers
Nothing seems to fix the issue, it doesn't happen 24/7.
Yesterday it didn't happen at all, today it already happened twice.
Also I check my temperatures all the time and my CPU is at 50°C - 55°C while gaming & GPU is around 75°C.
Anyone knows what could be causing this issue?

if it is latency, some of steps in this might help

I find Nvidia drivers are always at top but changing the power settings in Nvidia control panel reduced mine to almost nothing.

I had the latest BIOS update but I reverted to the older one to see if it fixes the issue. But unfortunately the issue happened in both those BIOS updates.

I installed the program and it says; ' Your system seems to be having difficulty handling real-time audio and other tasks. You may experience drop outs, clicks or pops due to buffer underruns. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.

program has a few tabs, what is showing as using most on the Drivers tab
screenshot might help
Nvidia being top is normal

most of your charts there look like mine when its fine, if we exclude current

so need to look at the details. What shows on Drivers and CPU when its showing the warning. MIght have to stop (red square) to get it to stop updating figures.

did you try any of the changes in video? the change to power for Nvidia was what fixed mine

Power management mode - Prefer maximum power

Are you on 10 or 11?

updating network drivers or disabling any adapters you don't use can also help

top on chart being nvidia is normal but it can also be the cause. I only see it as normal as almost every result on net shows it as being top.
2nd on chart here is NDIS.sys which communicates with lan drivers.

I'm on windows 10 Pro, I was having the same issue on windows 11.
Also, I just changed my NVIDIA power settings and now the program says : Your system appears to be suitable for handling real-time audio and other tasks without dropouts.

Everything is green now, you think that was the issue? Hopefully it's fixed now, that one goddamn setting!
