Question Crash, PC freeze randomly, no display, fans on 100%

Hello,

I have an issue since a few days. My PC randomly freeze up, can happen outside of game or during a gaming sessions. Mostly gaming though..
My display turns off and the computer fans goes on maximum and I need to force shut down (long press on power button). Been happening a bit more lately.
After checking the Event log, I notice a critical event: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

But just before that there is a error event, systematically on all occurrence of this problem: "The description for Event ID 56 from source Application Popup cannot be found".

My setup bought last year:
Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700K, 3400 Mhz, 16 Core(s), 24 Logical Processor(s)
Z790 AORUS ELITE AX
RTX 4080
32gig RAM

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
