Question Crashing Mess (CS:GO)

CS:GO have been constantly crashing for me for a while now and I'm looking to put an end to this. So far, my PC can run games like TF2 and Dota 2 in little to no problems. But for some reasons, my game will crash upon map load and its getting quite frustrating for me.

These are my PC specs:

CPU - Intel Pentium Dual-core E6600 3.06gHz
GPU - GT 730 DDR3 2GB (X86-based PC)
Motherboard - Gigabyte G41MT-S2P
Ram - 3.00GB usable
OS - Windows 7 32-Bit

Will my specs be able to run this game in it's current condition? And is it due to the nature of my OS? (32-Bit)

Well those specs are kind of garbage, I would try minimizing every setting but that still may not work. I doubt you'll be able to run CS:GO in any form with more than 30fps.
