Question crashing when fullscreened or full windowed

hello ive been trying to figure this out on my own but ive been crashing while gaming only when the game is full screened or a full windows screen
i have no clue why this is happening or what

my specs are
processor amd ryzen 7 5800X
my gpu is a Nvidia geforce RTX 3070
chipset is amd b550
Motherboard HP 8876
i got 2 giga byte 8 ram sticks
and another 2 Kingston ram sticks
