you looking for a fresh install disk or for an installer that will put your pc back to factory specs?

the first one has been released by MS already and is called the media creation tool. allow you to download an iso or usb files to do a fresh install.

second way is probably already there as well as a restore partition. need to look at the start-up screen or manual for how to access this if you need it.

the problem is that I don't want to download(internet bandwidth cap),and I want to update my other computer(windows 8.1),is there any way?I still have windows BT and windows WS files.

sorry but at the moment this is the only way to get a copy unless you buy a dvd from a retailer. the only option right now is to download the iso

If the BT and WS folder is there run the setup file in it. Or if the esd file is in the BT folder, create the ISO

I have tried running the setup,it says cant find boot.wim,and when i try to decrypt the esd it says that its not the original microsoft esd,it should contain 4 images!Please need help.

You'll have to download / borrow one of the ISO's then
