after that, the blue screen is gone for a day but I have to wait a few days to make sureIt's not a critical process but with windows it could've been anything that was causing it. Hopefully that did resolve it but I do recall you saying that you already updated all your drivers. I guess only time will tell now. Keep us updated so we can inform others of this fix, if that is the actual fix...
How can i check if RAM is damaged ?try running driver verifer again if you have replaced the card reader drivers. See if it finds anything else.
Critical Process Died - these are all windows files, some of them are related to your user, some relate to the client your user runs in, and some relate to boot. Its unusual for you to get them on a reinstall and its why I thought it might be hardware. Knowing what fille it blames would be a start
run this. I don't understand all of what it collects but I can understand some and it might tell me what file is crashing - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/pages/bsodcollectionapp/

if its doesn't fix and its hardware problem l, what you think its RAM or SSD?have you tried this yet?
right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC
if 2nd one asks for source, I will show you how.
i see this in the windows error reporting screen - windows wcp store corruption, and its possible the above will fix it. It relates to system files which are the ones being corrupted and causing the critical process died errors
if that doesn't fix it, there is always a repair install - https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html
How can i check if RAM is damaged ?
I don't like guessing.if its doesn't fix and its hardware problem l, what you think its RAM or SSD?

sorry I am late to respond
Today when i turn on laptop i got BSOD stopcode: UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTIONwhat do you mean, how can I use Prime 95?
you can run it in windows or I also provide a bootable version

Prime 95 bootable - https://www.infopackets.com/news/10113/how-fix-bootable-prime95-stress-test-hardware
I don't have any thoughts on the windows memory diagnostic. I hardly ask people to use it, preferring Memtest, but I have nothing against it.
minidump folder is not creating, i try the methods which you tell me but its still not createdI asked you already to set PC up for minidumps, any reason you haven't? And if you have, can you go to C:/windows/minidump
copy the minidump files to another folder
From this new folder, upload them to a file sharing website and show me a link.
Yes i did SFC,I used to have a windows page that explained all the reasons why dumps aren't being created.. I found the link but MS have since changed the page itself.
i assume you aren't running ccleaner or other disk cleanup programs as they can remove dumps.
the folder is created as soon as 1st dump happens, so it would appear something is not working in that process.
I used to think UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION was related to storage drives, then to USB drives, now I am not exactly sure again. I suspect its just another driver error. As the STORE is likely the driver store.
look in event viewer or Reliability History, something should have a record of the error.
did you run SFC?
https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015058012-What-is-the-Smart-Cleaning-feature-The purpose of this feature was only ever, and still is, to check your system’s junk levels to display contextual prompts to clean or trigger cleaning (such as when a lot of junk has built up, or when you close a browser after using it).
