[SOLVED] crucial 500mx SSD 95% health , is this fine?

is this okay ?
i usually use this SSD for certain games i want to run faster (i also have my windows installed in it) and when i no longer play them i uninstall them, so ive noticed how ive reached this % of heatlh, and im wondering if its okay or should i be concerned about it.
also ive used defrag on the SSD before but i recently came around to knowing that apparently using windows defrag is bad for SSD, although when i use it , it says TRIM rather than defrag or whatever, so idk if theres a difference.

He is not talking about the health with the 80%. He is talking about how much your SSD is filled up. Do not go over 80% used space on the SSD.

SSD become really slow when they are too full. They can even be slower than a normal HDD.

Not only that but filling up the OS drive will give you a lot of issues.

If a solid state drive is 'full', it will wear out individual cells faster.
It will also operate a lot slower.
