Hello,

I recently purchased a MX500 SSD and it is not being recognised in windows, I can't find it in BIOS or disk management.
I've tried it in other SATA ports and cables and still nothing.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
I fixed the problem.

I was using a power cable from my old PSU thinking it was compatible with my new one.

Found a cable that came with my new PSU and it is working fine now.

Still a noob after all :(.

Cheers for the help guys!

Sorry for the inconvenience .

Thisis a modular PSU?

Never ever ever use cables from different PSUs.
Ever.

Doing that often has the result of actually frying the part in question.
