Question Crucial P1 M.2 SSD is not appearing in BIOS or Windows ?

Hello. I bought an Gigabyte B550M DS3H motherboard (rev 1.5) and when I get into BIOS the M.2 SSD is not appearing, also it's not appearing in Windows either. Anyone know what may be causing this problem? and how can I solve this?

Try the other m.2 slot.

I dd try to switch with other m.2 slot but nothing changed also I updated motherboard BIOS with latest version but no still it didn't showed.

In BIOS, settings may be hidden deeper in the menu.
In windows, is it there in Device manager ?

You might want to try this m.2 in another pc just to make sure it works.

No its not showing in DM either, also I searched already in advanced settings its not showing either.

Yeah I will try similar method I mean tomorrow I will try to another m.2 in my PC if it works then I will buy another m.2 ssd for myself.
