Wow.
I've been having some RAM issues recently, and phoned Crucial UK expecting a drawn out argument with them on the stick being faulty, and then a hassle trying to find receipts for proof of purchase.
How wrong I was. The guy on the phone was really helpful, I explained that I had tried one stick at a time and only one had been throwing up massive memtest86+ errors, and that was it, RMA arranged, and the new module is on its way.
I post this mainly because I am so impressed with the simple returns process. If only all computer companies could be run this way!
