CS:GO or Payday:Hiest

I have $20 and I want to buy a game and I dont know which one to choose... CS:GO or Payday:Hiest.

Personally I would go with Counterstrike, as i didn't enjoy Payday at all.

I'd go with CS 1.6, all CS:GO is 1.6 and source mixed with updated graphics and a few new features here and there. 1.6 has more diverse mods and such to keep you entertained. But if you want better graphics CS:GO would be the choice. I'm sure with time the mods will start coming into play on that game.

any of you guys who've played the GO can highlight any new features? Cause from what I've heard it's mostly a graphics update and built-in zombie mod. Are there any mechanics changes from CSS?

motion blur when running while scoped with the snipe, I like the arms race mode, not much different although I haven't played CS Source in ages, mechanically I think they are very similar in that the game relies heavily on skill and not perks and crap like that
