Hi. I don't apparently when i'm playing csgo, my fps goes down to like 120 on certain maps. Like on dust2 my fps goes down to 90-130 which is really annoying because i use a 144hz monitor. Sometimes my fps is stable like at 270-300 (my fps max is sat to 300) but recently its mostly at low fps when playing on certain maps, also sometimes it goes down below 200 on other maps and i know with the specs i have my csgo should run atleast at above 300fps.. This problem started recently when i started playing csgo , can someone help me? thanks in advanced.

EDIT:
My specs are

1070ti gtx nvidia

Intel(R) Core(TM) I7-8700K CPU @3.70 Hz

What i tried: Updating my nvidia graphic card didn't help.

Solution
Your processor monitors it's temperature.
If it detects a dangerous temperature, it will slow down or even turn off to protect from damage.
That is a good thing if, for instance your cpu cooler should fail.

HWmonior will display the current cpu temperature along with the minimum and maximum temperatures.
If you run the stress test and see a temperature as high as 100c. or near it, that suggests something wrong with your cpu cooling.

What is the make/model of your cpu cooler?
The i7-8700K is a very capable processor, but it can get hot under load.
You need to be using a cooler than is better than average.

When did this problem start?
Do you possibly have a heat issue and cpu throttling?
What is the make/model of your case and cpu cooler?
What is the make/model of your motherboard? Have you overclocked?

How much ram do you have?
It started like 1-3 months ago

how do i check the other things? is there like a program that can check all?

HWmonitor is an app that will show you your current, minimum and maximum cpu temperatures.
If your minimum is much more than 10-15c. over ambient, you may not have sufficient case cooling or the cooler may not be mounted well.
If you take the case covers off, does that help?
Are your parts clean, or are they dusty?

If you see a max near 100c. you are likely throttling.
CPU-Z will identify your motherboard.

You can try to use system restore to reset your pc to what it was 3 months ago.

i have 16gb ram

i just cleaned my parts like 5 days ago and that didn't help.

this are all the pictures from the programs u told me i could see the heat etc i don't know how to check it so i took some pictures to you.

The mainboard tab on cpu-z will identify your motherboard.

To display temperatures install HWmonitor or something similar.
click on the setup english link
https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Open up a second instance of cpu-z.
Then, on cpu-Z click on the bench tab and select stress cpu.
This will run the cpu at max.

The other copy of cpu-z will show the core speed.
If that core speed drops, you are throttling.
Likely you will then see HWmonitor showing a cpu temperature near 100c.

The CPU temperatures seem high. CPU utilization % is fairly low, close to zero at the time of the HWMonitor screenshot, yet the CPU is idling at 48'c (CPU Package) and has hit a maximum 69'c (CPU Package) without any significant core utilization / load at any point.

I would imagine full load, or even gaming temps could be fairly high, based on the screenshots.
But it is just speculation of course, since the max values shown in the HWMonitor screendump doesn't show any real load on the CPU, and appear to reflect light load instead, if any load at all.

Your GPU doesn't appear to have been under any load either.

You should try to let HWmonitor (or even better, HWInfo) run while you play a game for a while, or run a stresst test. That will show load and idle temps, which is more useful.

HWInfo also shows avarage temp, which could be interesting to see as well, as the highest and lowest temp don't always provide the full picture (max temp in HWMonitor can be the result of a brief spike in temperature, while the average temp might be a bit lower - but to avoid CPU idle time affecting the average temperature, it is important to only load HWInfo at the same time you start the stress test, and note the results, as soon as the stress test is stopped -by a screenshot for instance).

If you stress the GPU and the CPU at the same time, you'll also be able to see how much the hot air coming from the GPU cooler, affects the CPU cooler.

Stress testing the CPU and GPU on their own, and not at the same time, will usually show a lower peak temp of the CPU.

But if your CPU is thermal throttling, I wouldn't be surprised

I now see the cpu-Z and HWmonitor screens.
The low cpu temperature in the 50c. range when nothing is going on suggests to me that you have a cooling problem
Use the cpu-z stress test and then post another HWmonitor image.

One other thing that looks strange to me is chassis fan#4 rpm of 4509 rpm.
That suggests to me that you are using a 92mm fan which needs to ramp up and is an ineffective cooler.
Perhaps you could describe your case fan cooling setup.
How many and what size fans are used in the front of your case for intake?
How are they connected? via 4 pin molex, 3 pin or other?

Which cooler would you recommed? and is there any other "free" solution like i don't know, adjust something in my pcs settings?

A good air cooler is going to need 160mm height.
A popular cooler is the cm hyper 212 which will be about $40.
Noctua makes some of the best and quietest coolers, ranging from about $65 to the best at $77

If heat is the issue, try taking the case covers off and directing a house fan at the innards.
If that helps, you will know what the problem is.
