Cursor flickering, stuck to the bottom right of the screen whilst in fullscreen mode.

Hey, I got back home yesterday from the army and when I booted my pc and started using it, I noticed that my mouse keeps flickering whenever I move it, when I don't move it, it just disappears, when I use fullscreen mode in games and such, it's stuck to the bottom right corner of the screen, meaning I cant use any fullscreen application and or software, and it's really annoying to click on things since the cursor is flickering and disappearing, it's not just the icon so I have to keep moving it around as I click just so it actually clicks, I've tried many things, I made sure it's not my mouse, tried updating windows and graphics card drive, tried troubleshooting and I tried deleting the mouse driver itself from device manager, I've even spoken with windows live support who recommended to run windows 11 iso which would probably fix it and it didn't, I'm really lost here and it's really annoying, I'd love some help if anyone has an idea for a fix for this issue, thanks in advance, kind regards.

Nevermind, I managed to fix it by plugging it into a 3.1 gen 2 instead of the 2.0 it was plugged into, and it seems to be working fine now.
