Question CX450M vs TUF-450B

I got a fairly simple build and i've been searching for a reliable PSU, but there's not a whole lot of options in my country, and i ended up with those two models.
Any ideas on what i should choose? I don't plan on overclocking nor upgrading soon.
Specs:
i7 3770
H16M-A mobo
RX 560
16gb DDR3 RAM
No SSD
