I need a replacement motherboard so I can continue to use a socket LGA775 Pentium D CPU

With the limited information you provide, I would say that any of these boards will work for you.

But just to be sure, check the Manufacturer's web page for the board you choose to be sure it supports your Pentium D (dual core?). They should.
