Question Dark rock pro 4 noise

Hi guys around a month ago I built a new system with a be quiet dark rock pro 4 as my cooler of choice it was absurdly quiet and was doing great for a while. Currently the noise levels at the same rpms that were quiet before hand are noticeably louder. To trouble shoot I've cleaned my system checked all my software and curves and turned off my cooler fans and case fans one by one to determine the noise. I have normal fan curves and my case fans are as quiet as usual any tips for me and my desk mounted jet engine.

yes the noise is the fans spinning louder than they've ever had sorry if that was miscommunicated

Am I correct that the rpm of the fans is the same? Have the fans shifted in position on the cooler or become loose on it?

fans are in the same position cooler is loose. and the rpms are the same as when it was quiet
