Data I/O 29B 1 meg upgrade chips

Hi, Just bought a Data I/O 29B and want to upgrade it to one meg. Need
511000 or 71c1000 dram chips. Looked on the net for the chips but only found
places that have a $100.00 min order. Anyone know where to look for the
chips? What brand of old computers? Thanks, Brian
