What card would be suitable please on a Ryzen 2700X with 16Gb DDR4 3200Mhz?

Budget is $250ish. Do not want a cheaper option and regret it later.

Well the RX 580 is a good choice if you ask me, for under 250$ and its powerful enough.
Or you can go with the 1060 6gb, both have a really similar performance.

Unless you are playing games, you don't need a video card past the basic one, unless you do a ton of video editing and your software will use the video card for that.
