[SOLVED] Decent PSU for Rs.4500

Hi I live India and I'm looking for a decent alternative to the CX 450 under Rs.4500, as it's out of stock and the seller has no idea when it'll be in stock.
My specs are:
i5-2400
2 x 4gb ddr3
RX 470
7200rpm HDD
My other options currently are Cooler Master MWE 450, Antec ATOM and VP550P, Gigabyte P550B and Corsair VS and CV 450 but i don't know if these are reliable or not as I couldn't find anything related to these on the internet.

My PSU wattage requirement is 309W according to https://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/ so a 450w is good enough for me.

Is that MWE V2 or MWE only? If it's the V2 then it's the best choice. If it's not, then you might need to up the budget a bit, that RX 470 deserve better.
