Question Dedicated GPU in use even when not gaming? Instead of on-board.?

Hi all,

After running MSI afterburner, I've noticed that my RTX 2060 is being used by as much as 30% when not gaming. I'm a rookie however so there's probably a reason? I'm just unsure.

I'm confused because there's Intel on-board graphics that I thought could handle all the idle windows etc processes? So as much memory on the 2060 can be utilised for gaming.

Any help appreciated!
