I have followed a guide to increase my VRAM both in my BIOS and via Registry Editor.
First my system advanced display settings read:

Total Available Graphics Memory: 40927
Dedicated Video Memory: 8192
System Video Memory: 0
Shared System Memory: 32735

I then went into Registry Edit and...
1. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intel
2. Create New key: GMM
3. In the GMM folder create new DWORD (32bit) Value named DedicatedSegmentSize
4. Set base: Decimal
5. Set Value data: 16534
6. Save and restart PC

Results: The Dedicated Video Memory value remains 8192

Next I went into my BIOS Chipset section and set the max value of 2048 for allocated VRAM. This also required I turn off CSM or Compatibility Support Module in the BIOS section

Results: The Dedicated Video Memory value remains 8192

If anyone could help me understand what I am missing i would greatly appreciate it. Also i created a pastebin for my DXDIAG
