Hi
  1. Please help pump is making this awful sound and both fans should be pointed downwards i think only one is pointed downwards here?
  2. In bios pump is not showing any RPM?
  3. One cable is connected to CPU fan and other cable I don't know where is connected it's not connected to pump socket on mobo. One socket is connected to RGB also i think.
  4. Very confused with this system thats why and sound is unbearable

1| Yes, one of your fans is in exhaust(the one closer to the front panel) and one is set to intake(the one closer to the rear exhaust fan).

2| What BIOS version are you on?

3|

The AIO should be hooked to the PUMP_FAN1 header on your motherboard. The fans should be hooked to CPU_FAN1 header.

4| Perform all steps while the system is powered down and disconnected from the wall.

so here a update i carried this thing again today about 20kG plus to my uncles to place to get connectors in order, it turn out dam pump is faulty, we spent hours together and connected to pump as per manual. CPU header and AIO pump header.
The pump drops to 2550 rpm from 100% 3100 rpm. Then starts to make this noise. Shaked it, kept it on side too, did not solve. There are so many people on amazon complain too i wish i had done more research i did as much as i could 🙁

only option to keep resetting it ever 30 min or so so it runs at full rpm and does not make this noise. I had the video set to private but no more i have gone ahead and made it public, considering so many people are going through this torture and since i got this offline i don't even if i can return this pump for another.
