Hi everybody, i'm posting here today as something of a final resort relating to my MSI Ventus 3x 3060Ti.
I've had this card for a year now but simply haven't had the time to try and rectify the issues it's displayed as they've been rather niche, but as I plan on upgrading to a new card shortly i'm potentially looking to sell it and would like to determine if the issues have been the result of a defective card.
The first and by far most consistent issue relates to my taskbar, it flat out refuses to stay at the forefront of my system. I'll show you what I mean by this:
As you can see, the window I have open (CClearner in this example) overlays the taskbar, this can be resolved quickly by simply clicking anywhere on the taskbar which brings the taskbar back to the forefront for a short while, but at any point in time (completely random) it'll somehow end up underneath my windows again. My task bar also arbitrarily refuses to show previews for programmes I have open (the ones that pop up when you hold your mouse pointer over them on the taskbar). Using the iGPU on my i5 seems to eradicate this issue.
The second issue and more concerning one is the artefacts in games, again it's seemingly a random issue as only a select few games are affected, in this example i'll use CyberPunk 2077.

Strangely games suffer an almost similar issue as my taskbar, textures fail to stay at the forefront, and I experience a lot of textures clipping through walls / floors and disappearing as seen in that video. Seemingly no settings rectify this issue, including using a different resolution, VSync, trying all setting pre-sets etc.
Things i've already tried:
- Multiple stress tests to recreate the issues and monitor temps.
- Multiple DDU and driver re-installs.
- Uninstalling GeForce experience and Xbox game bar.
- Fresh Windows Install (both Windows 10, and Windows 11) numerous times.
- Tested ram extensively.
- Tested different monitor and DP cables.
All takes are appreciated greatly.
