I've ran into this before, but forgot how I got around it. I'm trying to
delete a folder and keep ketting an error window stating someone else or a
program is running and I cannot delete the folder. I've searched for all
files and folders containing the name of this folder and nothing comes up.
There are no contents in the folder any more, because I deleted the files
within the folder. I just want to get this thing off my desktop and
computer, but can't seem to do it. Help!

Kind of sill thing, but I don't understand why. I restarted my computer and
was able to delete the folder from the desktop. Does anyone know why this
happens so I can better understand it? Thanks Tom
