I am in process of buying a new dell. Been with dell since they Pentium
90mgz came out and I havent looked back.
I love dells.

I want to get it with windows xp media center (I will dual boot with linux
too) and the monitor/tv 17 in.

Anyone has it ? Your comments will be much appreciated.

Have a bits day.!

If future upgradeability is a concern, get the 4600, and not the 4600C,
which is very limited in expandability.

I'd tend to agree. Unless space for the tower itself is an issue, I'd
choose the 4600 over the C model. While it's a quite novel design,
everything is crammed into a very small chassis limiting upgradeability and
creating some impressive heat.

You can say that again. While I don't have the 4600C, the HP I use at work
has a similar form factor. I can keep my coffee warm by putting the mug a
few inches from the fan grill.
