Any psu by dell is crapy, but i guess it all depends on what you want to do with it.

You cant tell much by those specs btw, try to be more specific.

funny u wrote that "back up battery lithium" lol

dell uses the cheapest $10 psu u can find - check the amperage and find a similar one!
if u upgraded parts then add some amps
