Dell drivers: smax4pnp exe

my system smax4pnp.exe file was said to be missing when I was installing xp; it prompt me to insert a CD that has smax4pnp.exe file on for the installation to proceed.
please help me out here.

You should be able to proceed with the installation, with the audio device not installed, then download from dell for your model & install Soundmax.
