Dell GX755 help! Good for gaming?

I'm gonna get a Dell GX755 and I want to know if its good for gaming? Here are the specs. Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 3.0 GHz, 4GB RAM, Windows 7 Professional. Can I games like The Sims 3, Spore, etc?

The existing 305 watts PSU will support the above card.

If you decide to go with a higher power card, make sure you check the PSU requirements to support that card.
