Dell Latitude CPx

I acquired a 2000 Dell Latitude CPx w/ 130,460 KB RAM and 11.2 GB HD, AT compatible, x86, Win 2000 OS. It seems to work OK but very, very slow by today's standards. Is it possible/ cost effective to upgrade memory and hard drive to make it usable with modern programs and internet/ email.

If you can find more RAM for less than $25-30 that would be the only upgrade that I'd consider. Same goes for HDD.
