Dell note book Upgrade

I have recently bought Dell inspiron 15R
Spec :
i7-4500U dual CPU
16GB of RAM
AMD Raedon 8600M HD series 2GB
Intel HD 4400
----------------------------------------------
Well I thought that 16 GB of ram with an intel i7 cpu and etc could handle motion graphics and video editing and little bit of 3d but guess what ! it didnt , so now i want to know if i could upgrade my hardware like my cpu and Graphics card change it with an Nvidia .

if that it is possible can i install i7-4712HQ or i should change the whole mother board or what ?
I am lost , could any one help ?

You can't upgrade any of those things - not CPU, not mobo, not GPU.
